I was commissioned to create designs for a new t-shirt. Along with Ginch stickers and a cup for the Christmas event at S.Y. Wilson & Company, a men’s boutique in Arlington, TN that specializes in men’s apparel and outdoor equipment.

S.Y. Wilson Christmas Design
For the event, the store will be decorated for Christmas, and instead of Santa Claus, the Grinch will make an appearance to hand out candy and stickers to children. I designed the stickers for the kids and created silicone cups to be sold at the event. While the original concept was to feature the Grinch’s face, I was unable to secure licensing for the character. To address this, I adapted the designs to capture a “Grinch-like” theme without directly using the copyrighted character.

In addition, the manager requested a new t-shirt design to promote the store’s brand. Since S.Y. Wilson was founded in 1893, I wanted to highlight the store’s long history and timeless character. Traditionally, the storefront has been a key part of its branding, so I incorporated elements that celebrate its heritage and enduring presence in the community.
